In a press conference in Geneva today, Frederique Constant CEO Peter Stas announced that subsidiary MMT Swiss Connect has been spun off into its own independent company that was not included as part of the Citizen acquisition earlier this year. Stas also introduced MMT’s new CEO, its latest products, and its new business model. And we’ve got a lot to say about it all.
