Even before either of us touched down in Dubai, Arthur and I knew there was one can’t-miss stop we’d have to make away from the Dubai Watch Week fairgrounds: MB&F’s M.A.D. Gallery. The third outpost of the company’s combination watch boutique/art gallery concept, the Dubai M.A.D. Gallery opened earlier this year in Alserkal Avenue, a hip art and design district that was born out of some derelict industrial space. It’s literally a bunch of warehouses on the side of a major highway, but it’s some to some of the best galleries in the Middle East, and the M.A.D. Gallery fits right in.
