Baselworld 2018 – Patek Philippe Nautilus Perpetual Calendar 5740G

As surprising as it gets, this is the first time the iconic Nautilus receives such a complicated movement. It already features annual calendars, several chronographs, a weird display on the 5712, but never Genta’s brainchild has been offered with one of Patek’s signature “grande complication” movements, the 240 Perpetual Calendar.

Baselworld 2018 – Breitling Navitimer Super 8, Inspired by a WWII Stopwatch

Baselworld 2018 – MB&F Teams Up with L’Epée to Create The Fifth Element, A Unique “Horological Weather Station”

We were already aware that the folks at MB&F have the ability to surprise us. And guess what, they do it again. Their latest creation, made with clockmaker L’Epée, is actually not only a clock. “The Fifth Element”, as they name it, is an intergalactic horological weather station enabling accurate weather forecasting even when the power goes down. Four separate elements combine in a mothership to create an entity much larger than the sum of its parts: The Fifth Element. Intriguing, isn’t it?

Introducing – DOXA SUB 300T Divingstar “Poseidon Edition”

Doxa is a watch brand that is mainly known to ‘those in the know’. Dive watch enthusiasts for instance. The brand is best known for the orange-dial dive watches they manufactured in the 1960’s and 1970’s when scuba diving became a popular sport. We’re talking about the iconic (and I’m not exaggerating) Doxa Sub 300T. In the past years, Doxa has recreated several highly collectable pieces from the 1960’s and 1970’s, like the Sub 300 50th Anniversary and the Sub 300 Black Lung. And now there’s another recreation of an old and highly collectable Doxa, again one that collectors will line up for. Here’s the Sub 300T Divingstar ‘Poseidon Edition’.
