Hands-on – Piaget Polo S Automatic Green-and-Gold Limited Edition

Presented in 2016, the Polo S is Piaget’s take on the steel luxury watch. Infused with 1970s vibes, this versatile timepiece is evocative of the category’s icons but also displays a clear lineage with the Piaget Emperador, one of the brand’s most recognizable designs. For 2020, the collection welcomes an attractive version with green dial […]

Introducing – Piaget Altiplano 38mm Hand-Wound Blue and Pink Gold

Piaget expands its elegant Altiplano collection with two watches in pink gold with vibrant blue dials, with or without diamonds on the bezel. As one of the most persuasive proposals of a dress watch for both men and women, the Altiplano has a perfect diameter of 38mm and an ultra-slim silhouette of just 6mm. And […]

Introducing – Piaget Polo S Automatic Green-and-Gold Limited Edition

The Polo S is Piaget’s answer to the luxury sports watch and was launched in 2016. With its 42mm cushion-shaped case and 1970s vibe, the 9.4mm height of the case remained surprisingly slim for an automatic sports watch and reflects Piaget’s tradition of watches with lean profiles. For 2020, Piaget introduces a new version of […]

Forget about the design and the rather simple time-only display… […]

Hands-on – Piaget Polo S Green Dial Limited Edition

The new Piaget Polo S Green Dial Limited Edition is one of those watches that surprises me; not just because of its striking colour, but because Piaget will not be incorporating it as a permanent member of the collection. The Polo S collection was presented in 2016, and caused a bit of a stir because […]

SIHH 2019 – Piaget Polo S Green Dial Limited Edition

It’s a new year and a new colour for Piaget’s sporty Polo S. After the more sombre tones of 2017’s Black ADLC / Rubber Limited Editions, Piaget is livening things up with a green dial and complementary dark green alligator leather strap. It’s a bold choice but one that really seems to work for this model. I’m not sure it will be enough to win over the Polo S’ more vocal critics but you never know.
