Audemars Piguet Introduces Facelifted Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph 44mm, Including First-Ever Titanium Model

Nicknamed the Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph “Novelty”, the 44mm version of Audemars Piguet‘s octagonal sports chronograph was not the focus of the new Royal Oak models unveiled at SIHH 2017, but nonetheless got a facelift with new dials (while keeping everything else the same). More significantly, a new version in titanium was added – the lightweight alloy’s debut for […]

SIHH 2017 Personal Perspectives: Piaget – A Guide to the 60th Anniversary Altiplano Ultra-Thin

The best known of Piaget‘s timepieces are its extra-thin wristwatches that come in all shapes and sizes, with the round Altiplano being most quintessential. Named after the Altiplano plains in South American, the Altiplano is the centrepiece of Piaget’s SIHH 2017 line-up that was relatively compact, perhaps a result of its chief executive’s retirement that was announced just after the fair. The Quest For My Ultimate Fountain Pen Part 3: The Luxury Brand Period

After obtaining a Delta Dolce Vita Oversized at the conclusion of my Italian period, I was a very happy man. But this time with some very famous brands.
