OK, this one is truly curious. For some utterly unknowable reason, MasterChef Australia, very much like cricket, is monstrously popular in India. It’s not that the show doesn’t have its charms. Every single Aussie on the planet has, at one point or another, been drawn into a series of MasterChef. If they say they’ve never liked it, they’re lying.
