New for 2017 come the Ralph Lauren RL Automotive Tourbillon and Double Tourbillon watches, joining the line inspired by the eponymous designer’s own 1938 Bugatti Type 57SC Atlantic Coupe. Yes, a double tourbillon joins the Ralph Lauren stable.
Bovet creates some of the most masterfully crafted and highly complicated timepieces out there. While A. Lange & Söhne set the bar high last year with the lovely Richard Lange Jumping Seconds and the very complicated Datograph Perpetual Tourbillon, the new Turbograph is complex Lange at its very best.
For SIHH 2017, Geneva, Switzerland-based watchmaker MB&F debuts the Horological Machine No. 7 (HM7) Aquapod – and it is pretty darn cool. While diving watch in style, MB&F is quick to point out that the “HM7 is not a diving watch.”
